Please join us for a dynamic conversation with Peter J. Arduini ’95 MBA, President & CEO, GE HealthCare, moderated by W. James McNerney Jr., Senior Advisor of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC. and former Chairman and CEO of Boeing Company. Together the two former GE colleagues will discuss the recent GE HealthCare spin-off, the role of investors and analysts, and the future of GE HealthCare inclusive of AI and digital technology.  

Peter J. Arduini is President and CEO of GE HealthCare, an $18.3 billion global medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and digital solutions company. Early in his career, Peter spent 15 years with GE HealthCare in a variety of senior leadership roles for domestic and global businesses, including general manager for the global Imaging business. Peter returned to GE HealthCare in 2022 after nearly 16 years in roles of increasing responsibility at other companies including Integra LifeSciences, a medical device company specializing in skin regeneration, neurosurgery, reconstructive and general surgery, where he served as President and CEO.  Prior to Integra LifeSciences, Peter was President of Medication Delivery, a $4.8 billion global division of Baxter focused on inpatient pharmaceuticals and devices. Peter began his career in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble. Peter serves on several boards, including GE HealthCare, the Advanced Medical Technology Association, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and the National Italian American Foundation. Peter received his bachelor's degree from Susquehanna University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

W. James (Jim) McNerney, Jw.-james-mcnerney-photo_8.30.23r. is Senior Advisor of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC (CD&R), a global private equity firm. Jim joined CD&R after holding senior leadership positions at some of the most recognized global companies. He served as Chairman and CEO of Boeing Company from 2005 to 2015 and was Chairman and CEO of 3M Company from 2000 to 2005. Earlier in his career, Jim held a range of senior executive positions at General Electric between 1982 and 2000, including: President and CEO of GE Aircraft Engines; President of GE Lighting; President of GE Asia, Pacific, and President and CEO of GE Electric Distribution and Control. Before joining GE, Jim worked at Procter & Gamble and McKinsey & Company. Jim is a former director of IBM and Procter & Gamble. Jim received his bachelor's degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School
