Please join us for our Healthcare at Kellogg Miami Deep Dive Alumni Networking Event. Professor Craig Garthwaite, the Herman Smith Research Professor in Hospital and Health Services Management, will be joined by Vinita Gupta ’92 MBA, CEO of Lupin, a global healthcare biopharmaceutical company. Gupta brings a wealth of experience in the life sciences industry. She will discuss her long career and have a wide-ranging discussion about industry trends.
This alumni event coordinates with the Healthcare at Kellogg Deep Dive, an immersive program bringing together Full-time, Evening & Weekend and Executive MBA students to take classes and network together over three weekends in Miami, Evanston and San Francisco.
Vinita Gupta joined Lupin in 1997 and has been instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy that resulted in Lupin becoming a global pharmaceutical powerhouse. She has led the company’s global expansion through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. In recognition of her contribution to the pharmaceutical industry, Gupta has received several coveted global awards.
She earned a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management where she serves on the Global Advisory Board.
